We have only two offices, one in New York which covers All States of America and the second one in Ontario which covers all Provinces of Canada and New Zealand.
Our services areas: We provide our services in all North American Countries
1) Takeoffs Software: We use PlanSwift, BlueBeam, OST, On Screen, Xactimate etc.
2) Client’s Software: We have a great team of estimators with capability to use any kind of software you use in house. For your easiness and better understanding.
Material costs:
1) Online Resources: RS Means, Get a Quote, The Home depot, Google Material costs using area zip codes, and many more
2) Local Vendors / Suppliers: In order to meet construction requirements, we use Local vendors and suppliers for exact market materials
Labor Costs:
1) Main Labor Costs: We calculate Man Hours and then Local labor costs in it, like $80/hr for electrician, $30/hr for helper, $60 for Drywall, $50 for Painter, $70 for Plumber etc.
2) Profit and Overheads: It depends on project area, size, and location. Every project is unique and different from the other one, so let us do this for you.

Our fee structure depends on the working area, the scope of the work, and the complexity of the Project, but still, we can save more budget and time than a full-time estimator.
Range is: $250 to $15,000.
Simply give us a call and or email us your plans. We will provide a fixed price fee proposal to complete the estimate for you based on your specifications.
Once payment has been made, we will complete your estimate within 3 – 4 working days. If you have a specific time frame in mind, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We also have a priority service available for a small additional fee of $200 (or more, depending on scope and project areas), which gives you a guaranteed turnaround time of 2 Hours.
The estimate will be emailed to you directly for your consideration. If necessary, we will alter and or amend the assessment at your request. We will always be available to discuss your project with you.
We know there are several bidders in the same job, and some time we can get same project with two or more contractors so we accept the first one, and clearly reject other bidders.

We update our pricing regularly using nationwide databases. If we are working in an area we haven’t worked in for a while; we do our research to ensure the prices we are quoting accurately reflect current market conditions.
We claim 90% (+) accuracy.
We apply industry-standard proven strategies for arriving at accurate figures. Of course, experience helps. Understanding the processes required to achieve a result means leaving things out is never an option.
This rarely happens. The pricing structure we use is not always the cheapest product available. We operate nationally recognized suppliers that have published supply prices for various areas. We are very solution-focused, meaning that if you have a problem with our estimate, our job is to find the solution for you. Simply give us a call, and we will do the rest.

Files are getting bigger and bigger, especially as the internet gets more accessible. If your files are too large to send via email, consider using a free service such as Dropbox link or Google Docs. These are free services that allow for easy file sharing. Make sure the files are marked ‘public’ before sending us the link.
